From now on thousands of digitized images of texts, maps and art objects from the collections of cultural and scientific heritage owned by Vilnius University Library are freely accessible on a new web site of Vilnius University Digital Collections.

The web site provides an opportunity to browse and search for digital copies of documents from the rare book, manuscript, graphic art and museum collections assigned for studies, research and cultural education. The web site contains information on the national digitisation initiatives and projects carried out by Vilnius University Library as well as gives links to digital collections of other cultural and heritage institutions.
